Impact anthropo-spirituel de Radio Maria sur son audience au Rwanda : de la crise à l’espérance

La Radio Maria est un moyen de télécommunication chrétienne dont le contenu des programmes comprend la musique sacrée, la messe, la prière, l’enseignement catholique, des discussions avec des personnes de différentes catégories, les informations, etc. Cette recherche s’est concentrée sur Radio Maria avec pour objectif de découvrir son impact anthropo-spirituel sur l’espérance de son auditoire au Rwanda. L’échantillon a été constitué à partir des patients de la paroisse de Kisaro visités entre janvier 2021 et avril 2021. Nous sommes partis de l’hypothèse que les auditeurs de Radio Maria pouvaient découvrir une croissance de l’espérance dans leur vie lorsqu’ils écoutent Radio Maria. Afin d’adopter une approche herméneutique et critique, les méthodes utilisées pour la collecte, l’analyse et l’interprétation des données ont été historiques, analytiques, qualitatives et quantitatives. Les résultats de notre recherche ont révélé une croissance de l’espérance à travers la réduction du refus de vivre et des tentatives de suicide à 78 %, la réduction des tentatives de divorce à 73 %, l’augmentation chez les parents de la préoccupation pour le bien-être de leurs enfants à 71 %, la réduction de la dépression à 88 %, l’augmentation de la maîtrise de soi à 84 % et la réduction de la détresse à 92 %. Tous ces patients, après avoir commencé à écouter les programmes de Radio Maria, ont affirmé à 100 % une croissance de leur espérance. Leur affirmation est corroborée par les fondements scientifiques de la revue de littérature présentée dans cette recherche.
